Application

Between 29th September and 2nd October 2022 the 27th International Book Festival Budapest opens its gates in the Millenaris Park, and we are looking forward your application. The exhibition this year is going to take place in buildings G and D. It is also possible to book your place in the Park. In building D there are going to be the children's book publishers, in building G, and in the Park all the others.

You can choose among fully equipped stands and empty stand area or a pavilon in the Park area. Attached you can find the documents for the application.

The application is valid if all the relevant informations are given, the form is signed by the head of the company, and sent back in pdf format on time to info__at__bookfestival__dot__hu and also using the link – available in the Invitation. After  applying we are going to offer you a spot for your stand. If you confirm it and clear your balance, you can order the additional equipments. We will send out a Technical specification form, if you would like to order extra equipments. After receiving this form we forward it to the subcontractor, and they contact you.
