Between 23 and 26 April 2020 the 27th International Book Festival Budapest opens its gates in the Millenaris Park, and we are looking forward your application. As usual in building B and D are going to take place of the exhibition and book fair. In building D are going to be the children's book publishers, in building B (ground floor and mezzanine level) all the others.
You can choose between fully equipped stands and empty stand area. Attached you can find the documents for the application. In January two other forms for the programmes and brochure are expected.
The application is valid if all the relevant informations are given, the form is signed by the head of the company, and sent back in pdf format on time at email@example.com including the form for the catalogue in Hungarian and English. After the applying we are going to offer you a spot for your stand. If you confirm it and clear your balance, you can order the additional equipments. Please use the Technical specification form, if you would like to order extra equipments. After receiving this form we forward it to the subcontractor, and they contact you. In the meanwhile if you have any questions regarding the equipments, please contact.
Please read thoughtfully the Terms and Conditions and the Technical Specifications, and only after that apply for the Festival.

If you'd like to organise an event during the 27th International Book Festival, and you'd need a place, feel free to rent our halls. Please keep in mind, the timeframe of the events is 45 minutes, 15 minutes are needed for the preparation of the next programme. The price of the loudspeaker system is not included in the prices.
After downloading the form, please send the excel file back to email@example.com until 21. February 2020. Due to the high interest we'll make the schedule on a first-come first-served basis. And please give alternative rooms/times to avoid overlaps.
